When you order Domino’s online, you’ll receive a Free Emergency Pizza—a complimentary pizza you can redeem anytime you need it most.

 

 

 

Terms & Conditions

  1. Use the 12 digits unique code that was sent to your recent email.
  2. When you're ready to enjoy your Free Emergency Pizza on your next order, key in the 12 digits unique code under "Add a voucher code" in your order details.
  3. Enjoy your Free Regular pizza redemption until 15 February 2026.
  4. Choose from 6 Favorite flavours for your Free Regular Pizza: Aloha Chicken, Beef Pepperoni, Chicken Pepperoni, BBQ Chicken, Smoky Beef n Chick, or Vegie Galore.
  5. Free Emergency pizza redemption is not applicable on the eve of public holidays, Thaipusam and Federal Territory Day.
  6. Free pizza redemptions are not stackable. Each order is limited to one Free Regular pizza only.
  7. A minimum spend of RM20 per delivery order is required to redeem your Free Regular Emergency pizza.
  8. No minimum spend is required for Pick-Up. However, orders must be placed online and self-collected at any Domino’s store.

The Free Emergency Pizza comes in a Regular size.

 

3. What pizza flavors can I redeem from Free Emergency pizza?

Choose any Regular pizza from the 6 available flavors

4. Are there blackout dates?

Yes. Free Emergency pizza redemption is not available on

  • Eve of public holidays
  • Thaipusam
  • Federal Territory Day

 

5. Can I redeem more than one free pizza?

No. Each order is limited to one Free Regular Pizza. Redemptions are not stackable.

 

6. Is there a minimum spend to redeem my Free Emergency pizza?

  • Delivery orders: Minimum spend of RM20 is required.
  • Pick-Up orders: No minimum spend. Just place your order online and collect at any Domino’s store.

 

7. How do I redeem my free pizza?

Use the 12-digit unique code that was sent to your email from your last order.
Enter the 12-digit unique code under “Add a voucher code” during your next order to enjoy your Free Emergency Pizza.

 

8. I’m having trouble redeeming my Free Emergency Pizza. What should I do?

First, check that you’ve entered the 12-digit serial number correctly in the “Add a voucher code” box.

9. Is there any surcharge for the Free Emergency Pizza crust type?

There is no surcharge when you choose Classic Hand Tossed, Crunchy Thin Crust, or New York crust. A surcharge applies for Mozzarella Cheese Tarik crust.

 

10. Why is the Free Emergency Pizza only available in 6 flavours?

Because when an emergency strikes, we go with the crowd favourites! These 6 flavours are our most-loved picks, and the ones customers keep coming back for.
