How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
If you have ordered through Domino’s official website www.dominos.com.my


The refund process is anticipated to be completed within 7 working days (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays), subject to the processing efficiency of your merchant bank. We appreciate your understanding and valued patronage as we diligently handle this matter on your behalf.

 

 

If you've placed an order through one of our third-party aggregator partners – GrabFood, Foodpanda, or ShopeeFood

 

The refund process is anticipated to be completed within 14 working days (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays), subject to the processing efficiency of your merchant bank or payment methods. We appreciate your understanding and valued patronage as we diligently handle this matter on your behalf.

Domino's Pizza guarantees that you will get your pizza at your doorstep within 30 minutes after ordering. If it's more than 30 minutes, we will give you a free Regular Pizza voucher. With our Order Tracker (GPS Tracker), you will be kept updated on each and every step of the process from pizza-making and baking to delivery status on a real-time map.
