How do I get an e-invoice?

Upon receiving your receipt, you may follow the following steps:-

1. Sign in to your account via https://www.dominos.com.my or Domino's Mobile App

2. Click on "Request an e-invoice".

3. Fill in all the required and complete details in the Form.

4. Click on the "Submit Now" button.

5. You shall receive the e-invoice via email upon validation by the Inland Revenue Board ("IRB").

 

 

What information is required to obtain an e-invoice?

You will need to fill-in your name, NRIC, TIN, receipt date, reference number, and transaction amount. Information that is marked with * is mandatory for e-Invoice's request.

 

 

Within how long do I have to request for an e-Invoice after making a purchase?

E-invoice must be requested within the same month when purchase is made. Please refer to the date shown on the receipt.

 

 

What if my purchase is on the last day of the month (30th or 31st), can I still request for e-invoice on the subsequent month?

KL has checked with ClearTax Charul - if customer MUST request for e-invoice in the same month. If missed, proceed to do claim using the normal receipt. Pending the actual clause from Charul for us to include in the FAQ.

 

 

How soon can I request an e-Invoice after my purchase?

You may request e-invoice on the next day after your purchase. (For those purchase non on last day of month - request next day. For those purchase on last day of month - better request once they receive product.)

 

 

What should I do if my receipt is damaged or lost?
  1. In-store purchases : please reach out to the in-store counters to request for a replacement receipt.
  2. Online purchases : please contact our Vocal team via the Online Feedback Form.

 

 

What should I do if I did not receive a receipt when I made purchase?

The refund process is anticipated to be completed within 7 working days (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays), subject to the processing efficiency of your merchant bank. We appreciate your understanding and valued patronage as we diligently handle this matter on your behalf.

 

 

After clicking 'Submit Now', I am not sure of how I will be updated or what will happen next.

If details correct - the validated e-invoice will be available for your download.

 

 

After clicking 'Submit Now' (KL to confirm), I realised I have submitted the wrong information or would like to cancel this request, what can I do about this?

When you have clicked 'Submit Now', the request will be processed. Please wait to receive your validated e-Invoice. You may reject the e-Invoice within 72 hours if necessary.

 

 

After receiving the e-invoice as PDF, I realise that i have keyed in wrong details and would like to make change.How can I do so?

If there is an error in the validated e-Invoice that you have received, the e-Invoice can be rejected. Please reject within 72 hours of receiving the validated e-Invoice to put in your correct details.

 

 

After receiving the notification from LHDN, I realise I do not receive my e-Invoice. What should I do? (UAT again using our email address registered with LHDN)

Please check if you are using the correct email address, as well as your spam and junk folders. If it is still not there, please contact our Vocal Team via the Online Feedback Form to request support on the matter.
