DOMINO'S LAUNCHES SENSATIONAL SATAY PIZZA

Satay and pizza enthusiasts will love Domino's latest offering. The leading pizza delivery company has added the all-time favorite satay as a topping for its new pizza. The Satay Surprise Pizza will be available for a limited period only.

Although only on promotion, the new Satay Surprise Pizza is expected to strengthen Domino's overall pizza sales said Allan Ang, General Manager of Dommal Food Services Sdn Bhd. Dommal is the master franchise holder for Domino's.

"We are confident that the Satay Surprise Pizza will be well received by customers. We selected satay as the choice topping as most people love this local specialty. What we are doing here is to let them savor their favorite food as a pizza instead of on a stick," he told reporters at the launch of the Satay Surprise Pizza at Domino's in Bangsar today.

"By widening our menu, we are giving our customers more choices, even if it is for a limited time only," added Allan.

He also said that the recent launch of Domino's online ordering facility is also expected to contribute towards pizza sales. Customers can now place their orders via Domino's website, www.dominos.com.my.

On the new Satay Surprise Pizza, Domino's is confident it will tantalize taste buds across the country. Topped with a secret peanut sauce and loaded with chunks of marinated chicken, zesty onions, juicy cucumbers and red-hot chillies, it tastes just like the real satay. And like all Domino's pizzas, you can opt for the Classic Hand Tossed or Crunchy Thin Crust that has a unique wafer-thin base and is amazingly crunchy.

In conjunction with the Satay Surprise launch, Domino's is offering two special sets for a limited period only. The Satay Set 1, comprising one large Satay Surprise Pizza, one Banana Kaya Dessert and a bottle of Coca-Cola is priced at RM33.80, a savings of RM4.60. The Satay Set 2 is at RM25.80 for a regular Satay Surprise Pizza, one Banana Kaya Dessert and two cans of Coca-Cola.

Domino's menu offers a range of 12 specialty pizzas to cater for different taste buds. They are Aloha Chicken, Beef Pepperoni, Chicken Pepperoni, Classic Chicken, Crispy Beef, ExtravaganZZa, Rendang Sedap, Seafood Delight, Spicy Sambal, Super Deluxe, Tandoori Chicken and Vegie Galore.

It also offers a variety of tempting side orders including sweets such as CinnaStix and the unique and popular Banana Kaya Dessert.
