STORE MANAGEMENT

The store management plays an integral part at Domino’s Pizza. Managers are trained and required to handle all aspects of managing the business; from the preparation of food to the delivery of the final product, hiring, firing and the profit and loss. Main responsibilities would be the management of product, service and image of the restaurant.

OPERATION MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Effective restaurant visits to maintain high standards of operation and to meet Company's KPI objectives
Provide leadership to District Managers/Restaurant Managers on all aspects of restaurant management
Plan, organize and execute task relating to new restaurants openings
Develop and execute actions plan on sales building, costs control and key operations indicators at area and at the restaurant levels
Responsible for obtaining maximum results in the areas of sales, product quality, performance and service

Requirement:

At least 3-5 years experience in fast food industry
A team player with good analytical skills and result oriented
Able to work with minimum supervision and executes task efficiently

COMMISSARY PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

To facilitate the production date entry, recording, filling and reports

HUMAN RESOURCES SAFETY OFFICER (Based in Glenmarie)

Responsibilities:

To ensure the company complies to all Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 and any other statutory requirements at all times
Implement safety policy and programs as per OSHAS requirements and ISO 9001/2000
To manage all safety and health related aspects within local regulatory act
Reporting of all Health & Safety statistics and monitor trends to ensure safety programs are pro-active
To assist overall operations and maintenance team to perform assessment for safety and health related matter
To provide supervision and monitoring support for high-risk works with coordination of safety personnels
Identify and report possible hazards and unsafe practice that may cause any form of injury or damage to property
Administering Health & Safety injury records and reports
Plan and disseminate continuous improvement program plan
Monitoring and inspection of equipments, workplace/site/factory and ensure suitable protective equipment is provided, used correctly and compliance with safety policies

Requirement:

Diploma/Degree in any related field or combination of education and experience in security management
At least 5 years relevant experience in F&B or similar environment

Responsibilities:

To oversee and direct all warehousing and logistics operations including coordinate all off-site storage and operate within departmental budget
Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements by reviewing all issues/gaps reported through monthly and quarterly MIS reviews
Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs implementing health and safety procedures and managing staff training issues
Management and optimization of warehousing and inventory control

Requirement:

Posses own motorbike transport
