SENIOR MANAGER, TRAINING

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the training department in ensuring the development of all employees of Domino’s Pizza Malaysia & Singapore – which includes operations and support departments (Call Centre, Commissary, Distribution etc).
Manage the day to day operations of a team of trainers in the field
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the organization.
Develop, implement and manage training programs to cover all gaps identified, in line with the organization’s vision & mission
Develop effective training tools and materials.
Able to think analytically, strategically and holistically in designing, developing & reviewing training modules and programs to meet company business objectives.

Check and reconcile food bought / sold / credit memo / inter store transfer
Conduct Petty Cash Audit & follow up with Store Manager for petty cash shortage
Prepare weekly journals for store petty cash
Reconciliation of coupons distribution

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

Accounts Assistant (AP)

Responsibilities:

Check and sort invoices received from Purchasing before entering into system
Responsible for utilities bills from respective stores, download from web and entering into system
Check and process staff claims
Prepare cheque for ad hoc payment and any tasks assign from time to time
Proper filling of documents for ease of future referene

Requirement:

Candidate to possess at least Certificate or Diploma in Accounting
Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field

Assistant Manager, C&B and Payroll

Responsibilities:

Involve in recommendation & implementation of C&B scheme
Administer and execute compensation & benefit programs and ensure compliance with policy and procedure
Assist in monitoring company’s overall market position and competitive practices via conducting market surveys and benchmarking
Provide customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual/ team management and business performance consistent with company philosophies, policies and programmes
Coordinate annual performance review and salary exercises and administration
Track and publish absenteeism and other HR statistics as required
Manage the employees database system
Provides support in all related C&B matters
Oversee the process of handling monthly payroll administration functions and to ensure payroll is accurate and delivered on a timely manner

Senior Executive, Payroll

Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll for staff in HQ and outlets, which include salary, OT, sales commissions, incentives, bonuses, allowances, leaves, taxes and various payroll deductions as well as maintain payroll records
Perform cross checking with outlets regarding payroll issues
Generate month end payroll reports
Administer employee daily attendance, OT, medical claim and back-pay.
Upkeep personnel files, leave records and staff movement listing from time to time
Prepare and ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax to relevant parties
Reconciliation of accrual salary, unclaimed wages and payroll cost
Conduct checks to ensure that the employee information updates in the system
Knowledge of relevant local taxation and pension/ social contribution regulations and development is preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide creative product and packaging solutions to an agree set of innovation platforms
Responsible on the development of products for concept testing, test market activity, collation and agreement of new product costings
Liaison with Purchasing team to ensure the commercialisation of test activity through market roll-out, safeguarding the original concept as ingredients are sourced and selected whilst achieving required profitability targets
Identifying on going quality improvement programmes across the menu and prioritise roll-out in in accordance with business demands and customer needs
Provide technical advice and guidance on product development through test market activities
Responsible in development of product specifications for all new products

Requirement:

Responsibilities:

Responsible to execute the Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities as per LSM plan

Responsible to submit weekly LSM activation progress for the area
To assist in any Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) related event conducted in the area
To conduct store visits / check on the other promo execution at stores
To assist in the new store opening activation in preparation of POS and marketing material for the store opening
Prepare weekly report on performance / result of the LSM activities carried out for that area
Liason with the local municipal on banner / bunting licensing and requirement
