Registration:

I tried to check my address but the message prompt states that "We are not able to correctly verify your delivery address. Please re-enter and/or refine your area search using other key in the Search By field". What should I do?

Your address might not be within our delivery area. Try to key in a more specific address, or call our Customer Service Centre at 1-300-888-WEB(932).

I keyed in my address but the message prompt states that "There are too many matches for your area. Please continue to refine your area search using the Search By field". What should I do?

You should key in a more specific address. For example: Jalan SS1/1, instead of Jalan SS1.
 

3.

How do I change my delivery address?

Just click on the Edit Profile link in "Online Order" page or click on "My Profile" button in "Ordering Screen" or you can change your address in the "Confirm Order" page before you submit your order.

If I want to update my personal particulars, what should I do?

Provided you have already registered with www.dominos.com.my, you can update your particulars as follows.

  1. Click on the Online Order icon on the navigation bar at left of screen.
  2. Under Registered User, click on the Edit Profile link.
  3. You will be prompted to key in your Member ID (ie. e-mail address) and password. After keying in, click the Submit button.
  4. Your personal particulars will then appear and you may change your profile here.
  5. Once you have made the desired changes, click the Update button.
  6. Your profile has now been updated.
2. I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you do not remember your password, you can request for it to be e-mailed back to you as follows.

  1. Click on the Online Order icon on the navigation bar at left of screen.
  2. Under Registered User, click on the Forgot Password link.
  3. You will be prompted to key in your Member ID (ie. the e-mail address that you specified upon registering with www.dominos.com.my). After keying in, click the Submit button.
  4. Your password will immediately be sent to you.

I want to change my password, what should I do?

If you would like to change your password, you can do so as follows.

  1. Click on the Online Order icon on the navigation bar at left of screen.
  2. Under Registered User, click on the Change Password link.
  3. You will be prompted to key in your Member ID (ie. e-mail address) and current password. After keying in, click the Submit button.
  4. You will then be prompted to enter a new password. After entering, click the Submit button.
  5. Your password has now been changed.

If my e-mail is not valid anymore, what should I do?

We would need you to re-register so that we are able to identify you by your new e-mail address.


Online Ordering:

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes, the minimum order for delivery is one regular pizza.

What are the terms of payment?

Cash On Delivery.

Can I order online from any Domino's Pizza store in Malaysia?

Yes. Customers may place a web order with any Domino's Pizza store within Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.

What is "My Favorite Order"?

"My Favorite Order" is a feature for you to predefine your most favorite order. In future, you can just click on the "My Favorite Order" to complete the order without going through the detailed selection. This will save a lot of time.
 

5.

How do I create and use my "My Favorite Order"?

Just click on the "My Favorite Order" button which is at the top of the Ordering Screen, then click on the "Add New" button. This will bring you to the Detailed Selection page. Here, you will need to select your favorite items to make up your order, and give the order a name, then click on the "Submit" button. (Remember, minimum order for delivery is 1 regular pizza.)

To use the "My Favorite Order", click on the "My Favorite Order" option in the Ordering Screen. This will bring you to My Favorite Order page. If you have more than one favorite order, click on the check box on the top right corner of the favorite order, or otherwise, just click on the "Submit" button to proceed with the ordering process.

I want to order the latest promotions. How can I do this?

Provided you have logged in, you can just click on the 'Promotions' icon on the navigation menu at the left of the screen. This will bring you to a page displaying the current and latest promotions. To order, just click on the "Click to order" button and follow the ordering steps. Alternatively, you can click on the 'Online Order' icon and then select the "Promotions" option; then click the "Go" button.

If you have not logged in, you will need to do so before you are able to go to the Promotions page or Online Ordering screen.

Can I change my order after I have already confirmed my order or submitted my order?

After you have confirmed your order, you can still change your order by clicking the "Continue Ordering" button, but once you have submitted the order, you will need to call our Customer Service Centre at 1-300-888-WEB(932) to change your order.

Why can't I click on the "Delivery Order" option in the Confirm Order Screen?

There are two possible reasons for which this could happen:

  1. You ordered a promotion/coupon/offer which is valid for Take-out only (i.e. not valid for delivery).
  2. Your order consisted of only side orders and/or drinks, without pizza or Value Meal. (Remember, minimum order for delivery is one regular pizza.)

When is the earliest and latest "Order Arrival/Take-Out Time"?

The earliest possible time for a delivery order to arrive is 11.30am; similarly the earliest time that a take-out order may be picked up is 11.30am.

The latest possible time for a delivery order to arrive is 11.30pm; similarly the latest time that a take-out order may be picked up is 11.30pm.

However, for stores located within a mall or complex, this timing may differ, subject to complex management rules.

What are the other ordering options that I have?

You may place your order by calling our Customer Service Centre at 1-300-888-333 or take out at any one of our stores nationwide or dine in at our specific dine in stores (Please refer to store locations page).

How do I check the address of a Domino's Pizza store?

Just click on the "Store Locations" button on the navigation menu at the left of the page and you will see the maps, addresses and store images of Domino's Pizza stores.

Where can I check the ingredients of a pizza?

Click on the "Menu" button on the navigation menu at the left of the page and you will see a list of all Specialty Pizzas & Side Orders. Upon clicking on the name of a pizza or side order, you will be able to see the ingredients of the pizza or side order.
 

4.

Why can't I order "Half & Half" or "Make Your Own" pizzas?

Unfortunately, we cannot cater for "Half & Half" and "Make Your Own" pizza orders on our current website. However, we hope to be able to provide these choices for our customers in future.
