Introduction

Order taking is the customer's first source of contact with our store. A team member first and foremost is expected to smile over the phone! You must then take the customer's order quickly, clearly and courteously and record it legibly and accurately. An accurate order helps to ensure that the rest of the team will make the correct pizza, bake it properly and delivery it to the right address. A good first impression is imperative. The customer may be calling for the first time and we want to make sure they call again!

Job Description

Telephone Courtesy

Handling in-coming calls & order taking
3.
Handling inquiries and complaints made by the customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
4.
Callbacks to customers on service feedback and etc…
5.

Other Customer Service related functions.


Requirements

1.
Minimum SPM - Grade 2 with excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and written)
2.
Ability to speak another dialect/language will be an added advantage
3.
Familiar with PC applications
4.
Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
