Domino's gearing up for DOMINANCE
KUALA LUMPUR, June 12, 2012 – In line with Domino’s Pizza Malaysia’s commitment to providing customers with high quality services, the world’s leading pizza delivery experts signed an agreement today with technology partners SAP, ABeam Consulting and NEC Corporation of Malaysia (NEC) to reinforce and strengthen their operational efficiencies. The agreement marks Domino’s plans to upgrade their IT infrastructure by introducing SAP, an all-in-one business solution software.
To kick start this initiative, Domino’s is working together with three partners, namely SAP, Abeam Consulting and NEC. SAP is the software provider while ABeam provides SAP-related services such as consulting, project roll-out and project management. NEC is the license provider for the SAP All-in-One Business Solution software.
SAP’s innovative software has been implemented in international companies and is utilised by nearly 80% of Fortune 500 companies. There are more than 700 Malaysian organizations of all sizes that use SAP solutions to be best run businesses.

ABeam Consulting will implement the SAP system for Domino’s in the areas of Finance, Sales & Distribution, Inventory Management, Production Planning, Quality Management, Business Intelligence and Human Capital Management. With the SAP system, Domino’s will adopt world class best practices utilized by some of the world’s leading companies.
SAP’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is aimed at improving the workflow process in all areas of operations. Everything from finance, human capital management, call centre, sales and even marketing reporting can be done with SAP. It functions as a consolidated all-in-one system rather than utilizing multiple systems, hence all will run under one comprehensive software. The software also enables companies to tailor the interface to suit their requirements. This generates limitless possibilities for the streamlining of an organisation’s operational processes.
