What is Domino's Debit
Domino's Debit is a cashless payment or online payment option to pay for any purchases made from Domino's Pizza Malaysia.

Who's behind it?
Domino's Debit is a partnership between Domino's Pizza Malaysia and Webonline Dot Com Sdn.Bhd (WEBCASH), the provider of online payment option for Domino's Online ordering.
3.
How do I make payment via Domino's Debit?
Order online as usual and click the option to pay via Domino's Debit. The amount of payment will be retrieved from your bank accounts or web-cash account.
4.
Do I need to register for Domino's Debit?
No additional registration is required as long as you are a Domino's online registrant.
5.
Is there any charges imposed for online payments?
The bank charges for each successful transaction will be RM1.00.
6.
Can I pay using Credit card?
Credit card is not an online payment option at this moment.
7.
What are the benefits of paying via Domino's debit?
• Need not have to carry cash.
• Able to pay on behalf or upfront for others to receive your pizza.
8.
If I am not allowed to proceed with the payment due to pop up blocker, what should I do?
Pop-up is required by FPX (Internet Banking) services only. You can also disable your pop-up blocker by following instruction in the website below.

If my bank is not listed can I pay via other available bank?
You can use Webcash prepaid account. Webcash has multiple top-up channels including Interbank Giro and Cash Deposit.

What happen if I have insufficient fund?
For FPX Transaction will be aborted, you will be redirected to order confirmation page, where you can choose cash as payment method.
If you are using Webcash, you will be given an option to top-up your Webcash account on the spot. Upon successful top-up, your balance will be updated and you can continue with the payment

Which is the recommended browser for Domino's Debit?
Internet explorer 7 or Firefox 3 and above.

Can I get a refund for my order?
Please refer to refund section under T&C.

Can I change my order after submission?
You are not allowed to change/alter your order after submission.
15.
Can I place an online order after 11.00pm?
You may place a future order but you are not able to pay via online after 11.00pm. Please refer to timing of individual bankings.

What is WEBCASH?
Webcash is a prepaid account and operates like an online checking account. You can open an account, start using and deposit your money electronically when you decide to. It is so easy that it is 'Easier than a checking account'. Webcash is operated by Webonline Dot Com Sdn Bhd, a MSC Malaysia Status Company approved by Bank Negara Malaysia to operate e-money services.

How does Webcash works?
• Click on "Webcash" icon on the payment selection page during your online purchase.
• Enter your 8 digit Webcash account number or email address you use to register with Webcash.
• You will be directed to User Validation page and will be required to key in your Webcash password and secure code.
• Upon validation of Webcash account password and secure code, you will be required to make payment instruction confirmation.
• Upon confirmation, the purchase value will be debited from your Webcash account.
• You receive a notification confirming the transaction via email.

How do I register / open a Webcash account?
You can register via Webcash website https://webcash.com.my . All personal information in the registration page should be valid, so that verification can be carried out.

How much do I need to register as an account holder and are there any registration or annual fees?
Webcash registration is free, no annual/monthly fee and no minimum deposit required.

How do I deposit my money into WEBCASH account?
Webcash has various deposit options and you can use any of these channels deposit into your account.

Are there any charges for payments via WEBCASH?
No. There will be no extra charges for payment made via Webcash account.

What are the operating hours for WEBCASH?
Webcash operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Is there a limit to the number of transactions that I can make in a day?
No, there is no limit to the number of transactions you can make in a day with Webcash.

What is the maximum transaction limit?
That will be determined by Webcash credit balance. However, you can always top-up your Webcash account during purchasing if you have insufficient balance to pay.

How secure is WEBCASH?
Webcash is digitally encrypted with High Grade SSL Encryption (AES-256 256 bit) by Digicert Sdn Bhd.

What is FPX?
FPX stands for Financial Process Exchange. Supported by Bank Negara Malaysia and the local financial institutions, FPX is operated by FPX Payment Gateway Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary company of Malaysian Electronic Payment System (1997) Sdn Bhd (MEPS).

How does FPX work?
• Click on "FPX" icon on the payment selection page during your online purchase.
• Choose preferred bank for debiting purposes
• You will be directed to the bank's Internet Banking website and will be required to key in your User ID and Password
• Upon approval, the purchase value will be debited from your banking
• You will receive a notification confirming the transaction

Do I have to register before making payments with FPX?
No. You may however, need to sign up for Internet Banking with your bank.

What do I need before I can make an FPX transaction?
You must have an Internet Banking facility with your bank.

Are there any charges for payments via FPX?
Yes, there will be service charge imposed by your respective bank.
32.
What are the operating hours for FPX?
FPX services are available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm daily, seven days a week, 365 days a year. However, FPX services are dependent on the Internet Banking service availability at the participating banks.
33.
Is there a limit to the number of transactions that I can make in a day?
Yes, the limit is determined by your bank.
